My discharge after ovulation is as pic 1 for 10 days as shown as white sticky creamy. After 10 days now it becomes like white creamy non sticky and it is increased a little amount. What should I do. Please suggest me what to do.

This is a normal change with progesterone release post ovulation. This can't diagnose if you are pregnant.
