Vaginal discharge during pregnancy

I am currently 9 wks pregnant.yestrrfay noticed some cramp in lower abdomen and back .went to the bathroom a few moments later .found some whitish clot like discharge without blood .since then nothing has been passed yet .could it be foetal tissue or mucus plug that has came out? So much worried .please help.

If it's not reddish or brownish no need to worry. Discharge is more during pregnancy. If there is no itching or foul smell no need to worry
