Take all the available government vaccines according to schedule. From private clinic you need some vaccines 6 months of age : Flu vaccine, it is optional, take it only if your child has repeared cold, cough or admission for pneumonia. 7 months  : typhoid vaccine, good to take 13 months : hepatitis A, good to take 15 months : chicken pox vaccine, good to take.

The government does not give all vaccines. Influenza and typhoid vaccines are needed. Take them from a private clinic

Government vaccines cover essential protection, but private clinics offer additional vaccines for broader coverage. At 6 months, the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) recommends the Influenza (Flu) and Typhoid Conjugate (TCV) vaccines, which are typically not in the government schedule. Other private-only options to discuss with your doctor for later include Hepatitis A, Chickenpox (Varicella), and HPV. You can safely mix both schedules by getting free core vaccines from the government and "top-up" vaccines privately
