It's always better to continue the same vaccines for primary series. So ideally your child should have received the same vaccines at 2.5 months, in any setting. You should go for PCV as it offers goos protection against pneumococcal infections. Also I would suggest continue with Injectable polio vaccine which is their in easy six and missing in penta2.

You should take pcv at a private hospital if they didn't give it at govt hospital. It protects against pneumococcal pneumonia. It is recommended by Indian academy of pediatrics

Pcv is not available in govt hospitals . These are not free vaccines. Please get your baby vaccinated with pcv vaccine too. It is ideal to continue the vaccines in the same hospital at least the initial few months. Or at least take the next two doses of pcv vaccine at private hospital and remaining like you did in the government hospital.
