Based on your symptoms, there is a possibility of a urinary tract infection (UTI), as burning after urination and lower abdominal pain are common features. The change in white discharge also suggests a possible associated vaginal infection (such as fungal or bacterial). Advice: Drink plenty of fluids Get a urine routine and culture test done for confirmation A urine alkaliser may help reduce burning temporarily Start antibiotics only after consulting a doctor Seek immediate care if you develop: Fever Vomiting Severe abdominal pain

Hello. I have reviewed your symptoms regarding the burning during urination and the change in your discharge. While your symptoms of burning and abdominal pain strongly point toward a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), the change in the texture of your white discharge suggests there may also be a localized vaginal infection. Recommended Next Steps Laboratory Investigation: It is important to confirm the diagnosis before starting medication. I recommend a Urine Routine and Microscopy test and a Urine Culture to identify the specific bacteria. Physical Examination: Please consult a General Physician or a Gynecologist. They may need to perform a physical exam or take a swab of the discharge to determine if you need antibiotics for a UTI, antifungal treatment for a yeast infection, or both. Hydration: Increase your water intake significantly. This helps flush bacteria out of your urinary tract. Avoid Self-Medication: Do not start antibiotics without a prescription, as taking the wrong type can make the infection harder to treat. Personal Hygiene: Use plain water for cleaning and avoid scented soaps or vaginal washes, which can further irritate the area.
