Uti in pregnancy

Hello I am 23weeks pregnant from past 1 weeks i m am having fever for starting 2 days it was coming and every 4 hours it was 103f then doctor did my normal blood test cbc urine routine cbc came normal urine rm showed puscells 10_12 so doctor suspected urine infection and gave me tagzim feom the fever has reduced like it is coming after 1 day or 2 days gap but it is still coming why? Attaching urine culture report

You have UTI so you need to continue and complete the antibiotic course as prescribed. If the fever is recurring, your doctor may suggest further tests to find out if there is any other cause of infection.
