UTI - How much time for infection to go?

How much time does it take for UTI to get over? It's been 6 days overall and 2 days under medication, I am getting chills and fever above 102, body pain and pain, burning sensation while peeing (have got cuts). I am really worried, kindly advise?

If you are not getting asymptomatic after 48 hours of antibiotic then it will be better to get urine culture and sensitivity and start the antibiotic accordingly.

If you are taking the right treatment then you should become asymptomatic within 2 days. If you are taking medicine without any scientific basis then there is no answer to your question.

Was a culture done? Were antibiotics prescribed accordingly

Did u get urine culture and sensitivity  and started  treatment Random usage of medicine may not control attimes

It depends upon severity of infection. Drink plenty of fluids. Get a urine and culture test done Consult for prescription.
