My daughter doing urine frequently, we do urine test. Found E COLI BACTERIA. but she doesn't have pain or fever. During sleep she doesn't do urine.

Start antibiotics as per sensitivity report for 14days.. and if it is 1st episode of UTI, we need to do USG abdomen pelvis to find the cause of UTI.. After 14 days, repeat urine routine and urine culture..
Drink lots of water. Maintain perineal hygiene.
