Uterus shape changed during pregnancy

I'm 7 week pregnant. Mu ultrasound shows baby is good but my uterus shape is arcuate. Before marriage my uterus shape anteverted after marriage pcod problem then underwent laparoscopy on 2016 after that uterus shape changed into anteverted again I got pregnant 2020 aug I had missed abortion on 12th week (bcs no heartbeat) which clear by d&e .again ultrasound show anteverted uterus. This pregnancy I did iui that ultrasound also showed anteverted uterus. But why my uterus shape changed now . Is it any problem we r struggling 10 yrs to get baby. Pls help me doctor and thanks a lot in advance 🙏😔
