Utensils usage in IBS

2021-06-05 09:00:34
As an IBS sufferer i do not tolerate gluten. So can millets flour bhakri be cooked on same utensils on which chapati was cooked before? Or should i use a different utensil for it to avoid cross contamination?

Hello.... If u are intolerant with gluten, u need to take gluten free foods but IBS is not only related with gluten but so many other things, please  observe your diet closely and carefully. Utensils, u can use the same no need of using separate utensils. Clean carefully n boil for few minutes in hot water or wash with hot water if required.

Greetings for the day!!      If the utensils are cleaned properly after use, then you dont need to use 2 separate utensils. To be on the safer side, you can wash the utensils in hot water once in 2 or 3 days to ensure that it is cleaned properly.
