Usg breast
I had done done usg breast for niple discharge which is milkish bilateral and comes a drop while hardly sqeeze. usg breast result comes normal with birad 2 in left with 4mm simple cyst and right side birad 1 . still i m worried about breast cancer because nipple discharge is symptoms of cancer. do only usg is sufficient or i need further evaluation.
Milky discharge from the nipple can occur during pregnancy or when prolactin hormone is raised
Bloody discharge is indicative of either cancer or a cyst in ducts of the breast
As Per your USG breast just a follow up with regular self examination and if in doubt consult a general surgeon
