My wife might be pregnant and she is suffering from continuous itching in the external part of vagina.Can she use lulicozanole cream (if we have are waiting to take the home UPT) PS-PFA the pic of the cream

Too far fetched thinking. You don't know whether your wife is pregnant or not.  You want to ensure that there should be no harm to the embryo. Please appreciate that even if your wife is pregnant there is no  connection between the embryo and your wife's circulation via blood stream,  because embryo has no blood stream.  And by the time the circulation develops the cream will finish.  So treat your wife for the problem that she has.
