Durex Extended Pleasure condoms have a special lubricant - Benzocaine which is an anaesthetic compound. This compound is responsible for these symptoms.

I can understand your concern.
You need to follow all safety instructions because these have 5 % benzocaine in the lubricant which delays ejaculation in order to increase the duration.
If there is irritation, you have to stop using it.
Do not use if there is a break in the skin then you must not use.
You must consult a general surgeon itself. At home you can just wash the area with mild soap and running water.
