Urticaria after covishield

I got hives (mildly itchy) after the first dose of covishield vaccination and it has persisted for the 5th week now. I am on antihistamines Allegra and Levocetrizine that have reduced the hives to 1 small hive a day. Can I take the second dose? I have to travel abroad so I need to be fully vaccinated. Please suggest.

Yes u can take the 2nd dose bur make sure u continue with the antihistamine medication to prevent a further flare of the Urticaria.
