Symptoms - sharp ache in left side of body Cyst in left ovary - 3.5 cm Constipation Nausea Feeling of fullness and vaginal itching Urine report - RBC absent Pus cells - 4-5 Epithelial cells - 8 to 10 . Yeast etc absent Urine given for urine culture as well . Taking meds for uti, is this ok?
