Normal range for pus cells in urine is 0 to 5/ hpf as the report says 6 to 8 /hpf  it's suggestive of urinary tract infection. You should have metioned if she has any symptoms . Please mention the complete medical history ...reson for the test. Can go for urine culture. Need to start some antibiotics for few days but after consultation only as it's not so specific as no bacteria is detected. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day

There are few pus cells but no bacteria detected. Is your mother having any pain during urination or fever? Is she a diabetic? If any symptoms or to be more sure u can do a urine culture and sensitivity test.
Next Steps
