It is contamination of the urine specimen during collection.
I don't know why you could get only 3 ml urine.
There are few RBCs and pus cells. No bacteria. No growth in the urine culture .
If you still have symptoms you will have to get the urine test done again.
In the meantime you can use Syrup Citralka and Cranberry juice.
