Last 2 months or more. while standing when iam urinating, flow is less as compared to past and some urine use to left inside urethra or penis. As soon as I bend my knees due to pressure on my bladder. Urine use to pass still in less pressure. Sometimes in office I feel dizzines. I Am irritated and worried.

Hi It is possible you have a condition called urethral stricture. Please consult an urologist who will do some further tests in urine, blood and a test called uroflometry.
