Urine infection

My baby is of 4 months old, as he was crying at the time doing pee so we did urine routine and report is attached with this. Is this urine infection? Do I need to give any antibiotics?

Get a urine culture before starting antibiotics

Initially Urine routine exmn and C/S test. If R/E shows pus cells more than 8/hpf then start Antibiotic,then switch over to specific AB after C/S test reports.

Yes antibiotics are needed, preferably injections. Urine culture also needed. Consult your nearest pediatrician.
