Your
creatinine, eGFR and urine ACR are all within normal range, which is reassuring and makes a
kidney problem unlikely right now. Foam in urine without protein in the ACR is usually just from a fast stream or concentrated urine hitting the water, not kidney leakage. The under-eye bags are more often from sleep, fluid pattern or genetics than from kidney disease when the kidney numbers are this normal.
Next Steps
If the foam keeps bothering you, ask for a spot urine protein-to-
creatinine ratio, since ACR only measures
albumin and a repeat check would rule out other types of protein loss. Drinking enough water and a regular sleep routine often settle the eye puffiness.
