I started developing high grade fever upto 100.8 5 days back which got resolved with meftal and dolo combination by the 3rd day. The fever remained high for 2 days. Stomach had some bloating issues and I was advised Taxim O 200mg along with the above pain killers.  The antibiotic is on its 6th day today. Got my urine culture done and significant growth of Klebsiella bacteria was found. Please advise what action I need to take or if any change in medication is required. I am presently having no symptoms of fever or any urinary problems.
