Kidney Biopsy done. The results are as below. IgA 3+mesangial granular / confluent C3 1+/2+mesangial: granular/confluent Kappa light chain 2+mesangial : granular /confluent Lambda light chain 3+ mesangial: granular/confluent Doctor informed that there is no medicine to cure the problem. Please advice

Definitely. The nephrologist was right.  But you can delay the progression to dialysis and kidney replacement
