The urination frequency is around 15 to 20 tines a day. It seems normal but very frequent from evening till the time of bed. The doctor's(peadiatric nephrologist) diagnosis suggests a "over active bladder", and currently on a medicine "oxyspas 25". Its been 4 days when this tablet started but seems no improvement. Also she likes to keep 2 of her fingers down there with slight force saying it helps reducing the itching and urine sensation. According to my doctor its a pshycological behaviour and doesn't have any issue. Please help me to decide, Do I need to get some other opinion or tests to rule out any other reason behind this issue?
