Pain in lower right abdomen which radiates to right scrotum. Started around 3 days back. Pain erupts when I am sexually aroused then mild comfort upon ejaculation. No fever no problem urinating.

Go fr Urine r  test....usg of pelvis n scrotum.... Take plenty of liquids.. Avoid sexual activity till u get reports
