Hi practo user. As you will control the sugars the urinary infection will be cured.Do urine culture, if sensitive to nitrofurantoin give fir more days. If menopausal then meet gynaecologist, sometimes due to less hormones the perineal area becomes dry and urinary infection occurs frequently.
