Urinary Incontinence in my Dad

My dad (70 years age) is unable to control his urge to urinate and having urine leaking issues. (He has acute problem in one of his knees and movement has become very restricted. His knee surgery is planned in next couple of months. ) Since his mobility is an issue too so this has become additional challenge along with his frequent uncontrolled urination. Any suggestion on how this can be brought into control? Thanks in advance!
