Cancer is spreaded in urinary bladder along with nearby lymph nodes. There is loss of blood in urine along with tissues.

Needs transurethral resection of tumir and histopathology.. If muscle invasive needs surgery.. Radiotherapy may be valid ootion.. Needs image reports to advice
