Recently I have done blood checkup, Uric Acid level is 10.3. what are the precautions need to be taken for reducing uric acid levels?

Hyperuricemia even if asymptomatic needs to be controlled. Raised uric acid levels not only causes joint pain but also caused kidney stones and liver, cardiac injury. 1. Exercise daily and reduce weight 2. Plenty of fluids 3. Diet - reduce amount of alcohol and protein. 4. Medicines if reqd.
