Sir from last month my father is suffering from Uric Acid problem and from last 2 days there is swelling near Toe's and also facing severe pain in that area. First he takes Allopurinol then after one week he face skin rash problem so he stop Allopurinol. Before taking Allopurinol Uric acid level was 6. But after one week Uric acid was 7.6 From last 4 days local doctor recommended Febuxostat 40mg per day but there is no benefits in pain and swelling pls suggest some worthy medicine 🙏🙏
