Continue with the same medicatiom It will take some more days to resolve Most of the time cough cold, fever  are viral in origin They may subside by 3 -9 days If cough and cold then need steam inhalation, nasal decongestant drops And cough syrp or drops as per babys Cough condition  (wet or dry). Keep ur baby well hydrated in cough cold fever episode If decreased urine output, refusal to feed, decreased activity Then revisit ur pediatrician once
