On and off Urethral burning without infection for the last 10days.. Both Culture and Urinalysis done.. What could be the reason ?

The urine report is normal...it must be vaginal infection...  connect for further investigation

What does urine culture say? Also it could be a vaginal infection in that area. Please drink lots of water. Maintain hygiene. Can consult for a better understanding of your problem .
