Upper thigh pain

I pulled my upper thigh muscle while doing yoga. It hurts when i try to lift my leg or when i walk. Not unbearable pain but sharp

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Do stretching exercises daily but take care not to go beyond your threshold all at once. As of now, you can take a tab.
