I have upper stomach pain and vomiting sometimes burping from today morning kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

Tab pan.d40(1-0-1)5days before food. Tab spasmonil(1-1-1)3days after food. Syr sucralfate (3ml-3ml-3ml)before food 1week. Syr ciplactin plus (3ml-3ml-3ml)before food. 1month.
