Hi., I can understand your concern. Can be due to Gastritis. Take tab gelusil 3 times a day after food Syp. Sucrafil o twice a day before food.
Health Tips
avoid oily spicy processed and outside food. walk after meals.

U r suffering from gastritis. It can be resolved with medication and dietary medication. How often it bothers u and is there any reflux of acidic juice in throat also
