Upper left pain occasionally and farting

I have occasionally gets chest pain in upper left for second and  back also and to  much farting during days and even night till sleep but not burping and feeling heaviness and fullness in chest specially after  dinner

Please have good eating habits like having breakfast at 0730-0800 lunch at 1230-1300 mid evening snacks by 1630-1700 and dinner should finish by 1930 or maax 2000 hrs. Stop all junk food and also bread products from your diet. Try sleeping around 2200-2230 as late night snacking and staying awake further deteriorates the gut health.
Health Tips
Have home made food for the next 2 weeks and also keep having water around 3 liters daily in divided parts. Do a light exercise in the form of brisk walk daily for 6 days a week
