All heart related tests you have done and fortunately all are normal. It means pain you have is not related with heart. Then don't worry. Be relaxed. Need to rule out other causes of pain. Take Tab Dolo 650 mg one tablet twice a day  and Cap Omez 20 mg one capsule once a day on empty stomach.
Next Steps
consult me for further discussion and evaluation.
