Upper left back pain and shoulder arm pa
Sir I have upper left side back pain shoulder and arm pain 5 months back I done ECG TMT Echo and Troppin blood test all are came normal but still I have pain kindly suggest me

Possibilities
1) acid peptic disease
2) Rheumatoid
3) blood dyscrasis
Kindly do the following tests
1) RA factor
2) ASO TITRE
3) CRP
4) PERIPHERAL SMEAR
5) COMPLETE HEAMOGRAM
6) RFT &LFT

Then don't worry.
Be relaxed.
Need to rule out other causes of pain.
