Although my upper jaw cross bite is not painful, it is slightly distorting my face. Is there any correction possible?

You need to show an orthodontist.  It can be a skeletal plus dental problem. Treatment is possible definitely :)

Front crossbite are usually esthetic issues. Skeletal or dental needs immediate correction. Lateral cephalogram helps identify severity of skeletal problem. Growing children can be corrected by plates, adult skeletal problem needs orthographic surgery. Consultant an Orthodontist for precise diagnosis and treatment modalities. Good day.

Well u require orthognathic treatment, combined skeletal and dental treatment which includes braces treatment and surgical correction to correct your jaw. Better u consult an orthodontist for further diagnosis. Get the treatment at the earliest
