To my knowledge Upper GI Crohn's disease is much rarer compared to the Lower GI Crohn's disease. Secondly the diagnosis is from endoscopy and biopsy from the lesion. It is not diagnosed by clinical symptoms. So please consult a Gastroenterologist who should be willing to do Upper GI endoscopy and take a biopsy. Then only this diagnosis is made. If you are not a Specialist Doctor yourself , please think of common simple diseases like infective diarrhoea and dysentery. You are likely to be correct more often.
