Why my 17 months babys upper body temperature is 102 and lower body temperature is 97? Is it fever? Doctor prescribed 7.5ml 120 crocin

If axillary temperature is above 99 degrees, your baby has fever. Give Syp Crocin (120mg/5ml) 7 ml or Syp. Crocin (240mg/ml) 3.5 ml for fever. Give plenty of fluids.
Next Steps
If he again has fever in next 5 hrs, then don't repeat Paracetamol. Sponging with tap water is advised.

Always temperature is analysed by keeping thermometer is armpit. At armpit if temperature is 102 then it means he has high grade fever. Give calpol for 2-3 days at 6 hours interval. If any concern kindly book an online appointment with me. Take care!
