I suffers from constant upper body pain and weakness from last one month. I consult doctor and he said this is due to stress but I m not taking any type of stress.

It can be because of low hemoglobin levels or defeciency of any vitamins  like vit d vit b12 etc.. you have to do these blood test and consult me online for further treatment..
