I am having pain on upper back and feeling the pain while moving head down ...it increases while seating and bending in different posture..consulted doctor and they have given Diclotroy spray and Thiocolchicoside tablets...have taken 3 doses...Still have pain below neck and experiencing pain while seating and sleeping
