Upper abdominal pain
I have pain in my upper abdomen on the left side since 3-4 days. It is more while getting up from the reclining position. I also have recurring lower back ache. Kindly suggest.

Did you have painkiller before for backache? Then it could be gastritis. Can take pantoprazole 40mg twice a day for 10 days.
If you have a chronic backache then need to show to xray , plus calcium and vit d3 levels.
