I am having an uper back pain and shoulders pain from past 3weeks I have did chest xray back and front all normal ..what could it be .. please help

From. Your history it is not.clear. what is the cause of the pain It could be,myalgia you can take,Dolo  and apply Volini gel if not better then see a doctor
