Hello, Did she do a urine pregnancy test? Do a urine pregnancy test to check if she is pregnant. If the result is negative, she is not pregnant and wait for 7 more days for her periods to come. If they still do not come then consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management. If the result is positive, she is pregnant and consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.

Do a urine pregnancy test at home. See a gynaecologist in any case. Any doctor will keep confidentiality, patient details are never shared with anyone. So don't worry about that

Tell her to do a home pregnancy test. It takes only one minute. Irrespective of the result ....let her consult the gynaecologist. No need to worry without knowing what it is.
Next Steps
go to gynaecologist
