I have irregular periods ,I had my last period on aug 5th 2018, I had unprotected intercourse on 14 th September 2018 I am missing my periods I did a home pregnancy test and it turned out to be negative is there a chance I'm pregnant ,is the test reliable I don't want to keep it private

If more doubt get done Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
