Unusual increase in upper body
Hi ... my body was in shape however from last month m observing my self shapeless and growing fat... And special the upper body(chest) I find it in even one side is big and the other is small which can easily seen...I am wondering about my situation..i have googled it but this doesn't seem normal to me plz help.also I have a wheatish complexions....but suddenly it has turned into black since last week m observing change in my color..what might be the reason.
