I had a c section on 3rd of jan 24 after that i had on and off bleeding for more then a month which wasn't stopping so i consulted a doctor who prescribed norlut n for 21 days i started taking the medication today after 18 days of taking norlut n i had an unsual bleeding . What shld i further do now???

Bleeding post delivery by any means is considered normal till even 45days post partum. Since you are already on a hormonal pill continue the same. It might be breakthrough bleeding. Monitor the bleeding and connect or consult your doctor for proper evaluation.

You need to understand that following a cesarean or normal delivery bleeding up to 45 days is perfectly normal and that does not need  to be treated Did you skip the hormone in between?
