Unusual bleeding and painful urination

I am having pain inside vagina while peeing with some unusual bleeding (not too much) with fever since 5 days. It started with some funny feeling near labia and anus and after that excruciating pain while peeing and now some spotting. Pls help

Looks like a sign of urinary tract infection get a test called urine routine More than  5 pus cells warrants antibiotics
