I can understand the current difficult situation that you are going through. Inability to sleep and manage your emotions indicate that there is some negative past event which is bothering you and causing these distressing symptoms. You can try and practice pranayam and guided meditation in the morning to help with negative thoughts and feelings . Try and surround yourself with happy and positive family members and close friends and also engage in various activities to keep yourself occupied . Have a healthy and balanced diet . Try and limit your phone time before sleep as well.You can also try and maintain a journal in which you can write three positive events which happen everyday . It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for diagnosis and a treatment plan which will be beneficial .
