My 3-1/2 month old baby. Giving both breastfeeding and formula enfamil suggested by doctor. Enfamil introduced more than a month ago and he was doing fine with it. Would poop three times a day the second day after introducing enfamil. He pooped four to five times a day yesterday Poop was variable in color. One time he had green and sometimes bright yellow and bubbles in it and sometimes mucus like. Please let me know if it is normal or abnormal. If abnormal what you would plan of treatment. Please suggest.

If consistency is semi solid, do not worry. Its normal. If baby is irritable, or potty area hs become red, show to ur paediatrician.
